This Whistle-Blower Hotline offers the opportunity to report information regarding suspicious Compliance violations. The analysis of the content of the complaints is carried out exclusively by the Compliance Manager and the Chief Compliance Officer, and anonymity is guaranteed to the complainant. The information provided will be treated in strict confidentiality and will only be shared for the proper identification and analysis of the case. Even guaranteeing anonymity, the Compliance Department encourages its Employees and any other whistleblower to identify themselves during the process, as it believes in independence and guarantees of non-retaliation.
The information provided may enable the initiation of internal investigations, as well as investigations by public authorities and the taking of appropriate police and judicial measures. In this sense, we recommend that only situations that the Employee or any Third-Party believes to be real are reported.
The conscious dissemination of knowingly false information will have harsh consequences.
ATTENTION: This reporting channel is NOT an emergency channel. Do not use this channel to report imminent threats to life. In these cases, only the local police authority can intervene.
Este Canal de Denúncias oferece a oportunidade de se reportar informações relativas à suspeita de violações de Compliance. A análise do conteúdo das denúncias é realizada exclusivamente pela Gestora e o anonimato é garantido ao denunciante. As informações fornecidas serão tratadas em estrita confidencialidade e apenas compartilhadas para a devida identificação e análise do caso. Mesmo garantindo o anonimato, a Gestora encoraja seus Colaboradores e a qualquer outro denunciante a identificarem-se durante o processo, pois crê na independência e garantia de não retaliação.
A informação fornecida poderá propiciar o início de investigações internas, bem como de investigações por autoridades públicas e a tomada de medidas policiais e judiciais cabíveis. Neste sentido, recomendamos que somente situações que o Colaborador ou o terceiro acredite ser real, sejam denunciadas.
A disseminação consciente de informação sabidamente falsa terá duras consequências.
